The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority opened applications for the personal-data protection track in its regulatory sandbox.
The track targets licensed Saudi private entities developing products or services that process personal data, requiring registration in the relevant national register. It allows supervised testing through readiness assessment, testing and follow-up stages. Applications remain open for two months.
