The Northern Borders Region reviewed the annual prisons report in Arar, including reform and inmate-rehabilitation programmes.
Programmes include social care, vocational training, cultural and sports activities and pathways helping released prisoners reintegrate into society.
They form part of developing the reform and rehabilitation system and strengthening the social impact of services.
