Friday weather: moderate to heavy thunderstorms expected in seven regions

The National Center for Meteorology forecast moderate to heavy thunderstorms on Friday, October 9, in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al Baha, Makkah, Tabuk, Al Jouf and the Northern Borders, according to the report published by Sabq.
Dust-raising winds, hail and possible flash floods accompany the conditions. Lighter rain is forecast in parts of Madinah and Hail, with rain-bearing clouds possible in the southern Eastern Region and fog along parts of its coast.
The report also noted the possibility of rough seas and higher waves with thunderstorms.
