The Saudi Center for Competitiveness and Business has launched the service "Inquiry about a Verified Electronic Store" through the Tawakkalna app, aiming to help consumers verify the reliability of stores and the legality of their activities.
The service can be accessed from the Communications and Technology sector within the app, then searching by the certificate number or the unified national number of the establishment or the freelance document number or the store name or link. The service supports consumer protection and enhances transparency in e-commerce.
