The Saudi Real Estate Re-financing Company launched its second issue of real estate-backed securities, based on a portfolio of about 420 million riyals from six financing entities.
The issue received high national ratings from Moody's and Fitch, as part of an effort to develop the securitization market and enhance transparency and institutional investors' confidence. The issue follows the company's first operation launched in August 2025 to link real estate financing portfolios with capital markets.
