The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing emphasized that providing men's hairdressing services outside the establishment requires a specific permit from the Baladi platform. It also stressed the importance of having valid health certificates for workers and adhering to hygiene standards while providing the service.
The requirements include cleaning reusable tools, disinfecting and sterilizing them after each client, and disposing of single-use tools. It also includes maintaining the cleanliness of service areas and the premises to protect beneficiaries and improve the quality of the activity.
