The Enfaz Support and Settlement Center signed an agreement with Al-Bilad Bank to provide financial solutions for eligible participants to purchase real estate assets in auctions conducted under the center's supervision.
The agreement includes coordination of financial procedures and customer qualification, development of electronic linkage channels and information exchange and system integration. The cooperation aims to facilitate participation and purchase and improve the experience of beneficiaries, without implying automatic financial approval for every applicant.
