The National Center for Inspection and Supervision has called on interested parties to submit their feedback on the project for the licensing regulations of unified monitoring companies through a survey platform until the end of November 13, 2026.
The project covers the conditions for licensing, renewal, and modification, mechanisms for evaluating and classifying companies, and their obligations when implementing inspection and supervision tasks. The center stated that the proposed regulation aims to clarify roles, enhance independence, governance, and the reliability of outputs; the consultation phase does not mean the regulation is finalized.
