The Social Security Office in Rafha and the Wafa Association for the Care of the Elderly signed a memorandum to implement the 'Wusul' initiative, aimed at facilitating the movement of beneficiaries to hospitals and government departments and their return.
The agreement was made within the cooperation of the Human Resources and Social Development Office in the Northern Borders with the non-profit sector. The initiative aims to alleviate the burden of transportation and support the elderly in benefiting from basic services and their independence.
