The real estate development projects in Tabuk include 5050 residential units spread across 11 projects, with their stages varying between delivery, implementation, and construction, according to data from the regional municipality. The land development works include 6019 plots, while the area of four projects for the central region, parks, and walkways is 128,000 square meters. The municipality states that 3066 families, comprising more than 18,000 individuals, have benefited from the developmental housing.
