Tawal signed a procurement and training agreement with Samsung Saudi Electronics to use the SmartThings Pro platform to monitor and manage its network assets.
The collaboration includes automated alerts, asset tracking, energy consumption analysis, and data integration with the company's systems. Tawal's CEO Mohammad Al-Haqbani said the partnership supports the development of management and operational decision-making tools; without announcing a specific energy savings percentage.
