Nineteen hospitality projects approved with SAR 6.7 billion investment target

The ministries of Tourism and Investment approved 19 projects in five destinations in the first batch of the Hospitality Investment Enablers Programme.
The programme expects to activate SAR 6.7 billion in investment, add over 3,000 hotel rooms and create more than 17,000 jobs. Initial operations are planned by late 2026, with further openings through 2029. These are targets, not currently available vacancies or completed operating results.
